The Commons is just off of 11th St and has a community swimming pool in the center of the complex along with Picnic Tables and BBQ Areas. The townhome has 10” thick cement walls which keeps it quiet and private inside.

Living Area

The downstairs living room is open to the kitchen and dining area. The couch has a sleeper sofa tucked away for extra guests. The covered patio is just off the living room and looks out to the pool area. There is a large TV with standard cable and WIFI

The Master Bedroom has a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has custom built-in full over full bunk beds. The 3rd bedroom has a queen-sized bed. All the bedrooms are upstairs and have Smart TV’s (no cable)

2.5 Bathrooms

The downstairs bathroom is a ½ bath with sink and is conveniently tucked away under the staircase. The ensuite master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The upstairs hall bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Kitchen

The bright downstairs kitchen is stocked with most basic items. There are lots of cabinets and counter space and even a pantry. There is a breakfast bar and a dining table to seat 6. This open floor plan is a great space for everyone to feel included.

POOL and Outdoors

This property has a shared pool located in the middle of the complex. There are picnic tables and BBQ grills for guest use. The covered patio has an outdoor shower to wash the sand way after a day at the beach.

Parking

2 parking passes are issued. There is limited overflow/guests parking. Boats and trailers are not allowed
